Android Data Safety (Version Code 13)
Android Data Safety (Seguridad de los datos): for our Android release with version code 13, we declare the collection of device or other IDs (dispositivo u otros IDs) for the purposes described above.
Google API
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Facial Data Policies
We are committed to ensuring the privacy of all biometric data, including face data. We do not retain face data beyond the necessary timeframes, and data is only kept for as long as strictly necessary to provide our services.
Reasons for Storing Face Data
- Automated Attendance Tracking: We utilize facial recognition to streamline attendance management, ensuring accurate and efficient recording of check-ins and check-outs.
- Intelligent Photo Capture and Delivery: Our system uses face data to capture and deliver photos intelligently, enabling personalized photo sharing.
- Secured Access to Platform Services: Facial recognition technology strengthens access controls, allowing only authorized users to access certain platform areas.
Storage Period for Face Data
Face data is stored for a maximum period of 1.5 years. After this period, all face data will be permanently deleted. Users will be notified in advance and given the option to re-register their facial embeddings.
Third Parties with Whom We Share Face Data
We store facial embeddings (numeric representations of facial features) in Google Firebase for secure, cloud-based storage. These embeddings are kept as numerical values rather than raw images, ensuring that stored data remains abstracted and secure.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.

- To save or protect an individual's vital interest, such as to prevent harm.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California "Shine The Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
